    If you don't have a mat, no worries, still try to practice on a hard floor
  • Some yoga blocks or general books
    To lift the ground, based on what feels right for your body
  • A blanket or a towel
    For added padding and softness on specific areas when wanted

    Any pillow will do to help you explore the pose feeling safe and comfy

The first 10 videos have an average duration time of 12 minutes and are designed to set you up for success. The final video is an additional 45-minute full class for you to continue your practice without having everything explained again each time.
